He can’t see you but he can hear you and feel your presence.  Dexter is the kind of dog everyone wants to wrap their arms around. He is mostly blind but can see some shadows, and truly needs a safe home to help him live out the rest of his years in love and kindness. Dexter needs medicine for his heart but there’s no denying that his heart is filled with goodness.
