Tank is a handsome fawn-colored pit mix with an even bigger heart than his name suggests. He first found a loving home through our rescue, but after the heartbreaking loss of his adopter, he has found his way back to us through no fault of his own. Now, he’s hoping for a second chance at the forever family he deserves.

Tank absolutely loves people and is happiest when he’s spending time with his humans. Whether it’s a game of tug-of-war (one of his favorite activities!) or simply hanging out together, he’s always ready to be part of the fun. He’s a playful, affectionate boy who forms strong bonds with the people he loves.

Tank also gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion to play with, though he’d be just as happy soaking up all the attention himself.

Because of his size and enthusiastic play style, Tank would do best in a home without small children. He doesn’t mean any harm—he just sometimes forgets how big and strong he is when he’s having fun!
